Ozark Jewels Dairy Goats

Breeding for Health and Productivity

I am officially retiring from Nubians this year(2018).  I will keep my two older ladies and my retired girl, but will concentrate on my Lamanchas from here on out.  I feel the need to concentrate on one breed and try to keep my numbers manageable.  I will miss my long-eared humming beauties, but I am relieved to be down to one breed and my heart has leaned toward the Lamanchas for many years now.  I will always love the Nubian breed and am so thankful to have been introduced to goats by some very special Nubian ladies and gentlemen. This was a very hard decision, but the right one for me.

ds:  Farm Girl OK Love's Gullaver

Kenya is the 2005 daughter to India, one of my favorite does that I lost one year during kidding season.  Kenya looks much like her mother.  Good breed character.  She is long, with good depth and width.  Level topline and rump.  Nice mammary, could use a little fore udder extension, very easy to milk.  Easily gives me a gallon and a half a day.  Kenya has two daughters in the herd, Ozark Jewels Camaros Zambia, and Ozark Jewels Royals Nairobi.  Planned breeding to

Stagelight KD Good Knight

for the 2017 kidding season.  Doelings $300-Bucklings $250

*CAE negative annually 2008-2015*

*Kenyas udder 2 months fresh in 2009.

                                Loveland BJ Wisteria

Wisteria(or BJ as she is called here), is a very laid back, milky doe who is an easy breeder, easy kidder and a very good mother.  She is bred to a Lamancha this year, South-Fork SV Brash Moonshine.  Should be very nice Experimental kids.

CAE negative 2016.

Doelings $200. Bucklings unavailable.
